Restaurant Egn is a restaurant driven by ingredients and seasonality, where guests can enjoy high-quality cuisine that highlights the very best of what the season has to offer. We strive to source from local farmers and suppliers, following sustainable practices whenever possible. This philosophy is at the heart of both our food and the overall experience. Our dishes are inspired by Nordic and French cuisine, blending modern techniques with French elegance, always with a focus on exceptional flavor. Our menus change frequently to reflect the ever-evolving seasons.

Allergies and dietary requirements
The restaurant cannot accommodate all dietary preferences, special diets, or extensive allergies, including but not limited to milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance, and egg allergy.
However, we do offer a menu without, for example, meat, fish, or gluten, provided we receive prior notice at least 48 hours before arrival. This allows us to assess whether we can accommodate these requests within the current menu.
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to cater to allergies or special dietary requirements on the day of your visit.
There will be an additional charge for special dietary requests, as sourcing and preparing these dishes often involve higher costs and extra time.
Vegetarian and other special dietary options are available at an additional charge of DKK 50.00 per person. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a vegan diet.
