Restaurant Egn is a restaurant driven by ingredients and seasonality, where guests can enjoy high-quality cuisine that highlights the very best of what the season has to offer. ​We strive to source from local farmers and suppliers, following sustainable practices whenever possible. This philosophy is at the heart of both our food and the overall experience. Our dishes are inspired by Nordic and French cuisine, blending modern techniques with French elegance, always with a focus on exceptional flavor. ​Our menus change frequently to reflect the ever-evolving seasons.

 

As a guest, you can relax and enjoy a casual yet professional service and modern gourmet dining.

Allergies and dietary requirements

The restaurant cannot accommodate all dietary preferences, special diets, or extensive allergies, including but not limited to milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance, and egg allergy.

 

However, we do offer a menu without, for example, meat, fish, or gluten, provided we receive prior notice at least 48 hours before arrival. This allows us to assess whether we can accommodate these requests within the current menu.

 

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to cater to allergies or special dietary requirements on the day of your visit.

 

There will be an additional charge for special dietary requests, as sourcing and preparing these dishes often involve higher costs and extra time.

 

Vegetarian and other special dietary options are available at an additional charge of DKK 50.00 per person. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a vegan diet.

 

If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly before making your reservation at restaurant@egnhotel.dk.

No bring your own food or drinks
Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring their own food and beverages.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. For payments made with foreign credit cards, a surcharge will apply according to the percentage charged by our Merchant Service.
Deposit
To prevent “no-shows,” we require a deposit to secure reservations for parties of more than six guests. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. If payment is not received, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your reservation date/time by sending us an email at restaurant@egnhotel.dk.
 
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, we will, of course, refund the full deposit.
Reservations
Reservations can be made online via our website.
 
Our restaurant can accommodate parties of 1-6 guests. If your party consists of seven or more guests, please send us an inquiry.
 
We do not invite children under the age of 15 to join the dinner and do not offer a special children’s menu or à la carte options.
