Restaurant Egn is a restaurant that is driven by raw materials and the season, where guests can enjoy high-quality food that shows the very peak of what the season's raw materials have to offer.
We aim to purchase from local growers and suppliers, with as far as possible sustainable practices, this is the core and ethics behind both the food and the experience.
The dishes are inspired by Nordic and French cuisine and are a playful mix of modern techniques and French elegance with a focus on taste.
Our menus change frequently to reflect the ever-changing seasons.
As a guest, you can relax and enjoy relaxed but professional service and modern gourmet food.

Allergies and dietary requirements
We are unable to accommodate all eating habits, food allergies and dietary restrictions. Although we will do our best. We offer, if notified at least 48 hours before arrival, to remove gluten, meat or fish/shellfish from the menu.
We are unable to accommodate allergies informed upon arrival.

Reservation
Reservations can be booked online via our website.
Our leftoversurant can accommodate groups of 1-6 people. Please send us an inquiry if your party is 7 or more guests.
We do not invite children under the age of 12 to participate in the dinner and do not offer a special children's menu.
No BYO (bring your own)
Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring their own food and drinks.
Payment
We receiveis credit/debit card and cash.
When paying with foreign credit cards, there will be a surcharge according to the percentage charged by our Merchant Service.
Security deposit
To prevent "no-shows", we charge a deposit to secure reservations of more than 6 guests. The deposit is paid at the time of booking. Should payment not be received, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation or change your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your reservationdate/time by sending us an e-mail at restaurant@egnbb.dk.
If you cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours in advance, we will of course refund the full deposit.
