Do I need to reserve a table in Restaurant Egn?

Yes, we always recommend to reserve a table as we can not guarantee a table upon your arrival date. 
If you however have reserved a Gourmet Stay, a table is guaranteed and you do not need to make a reservervation.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and changes can be made until 10:30 AM local time 2 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed upon at booking or applies to the selected rate. 
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation or cancellation after 10:30 AM local time 2 days before arrival, payment for one night will be charged.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included with your stay.

How can I contact the hotel?

You can contact us via email at egn@egnhotel.dk or by phone at +45 4949 1050. Our reception is available from 15:00 - 17:30 wedensday to saturday.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this at our hotel.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for our guests.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly on our website or through our partner booking platforms.

Do you have access to kitchen facilities?

We do not offer guest access to kitchen facilities. Instead, we invite you to enjoy gourmet meals at our on-site restaurant.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 15:00 - 17:30 (3:00 PM - 5:30 PM). 

Please contact us if you plan to arrive later. (Subject to a fee) 

Check-out: 08:00 - 10:30 (8:00 AM - 10:30 AM).

Do you accommodate children or infants?

We only accommodate guests aged 15 and older.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

Yes, our restaurant is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Reservations are recommended.

Do you offer any special packages or promotions?

Yes, all our special packages and promotions promtions are found "Stay with Us" section of your site.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to inquire about your specific request.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive early or have a late departure?

Unfortunately, we can not store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or after check-out.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we offer room service. See your Digital Guest Book

Is there refrigerator in the room?

No, the rooms do not have refrigerators, in consideration of environmental sustainability
